Notes

Modeled on SCTP_PEELOFF from RFC 6458 and adapted by Apple for MPTCP. The returned descriptor behaves like a single-path TCP socket while leaving the rest of the multipath association intact on the original fd. Rarely used outside Apple's own MPTCP testbed and a few entitled VoIP frameworks.

Detection

Not exposed by ES or NEFilterDataProvider. Investigators must correlate the appearance of a new fd in proc_listfds with an existing MPTCP master.
